It's always a great sign when you get so many returning customers bringing their new cars for us to work on.
The owner of this Audi R8 has brought Blackbeard's Detailing several cars throughout the years, Ford Focus RS, Nissan GT-R, Audi TT and now the Supercar Audi R8 V10 for it's ceramic coating.
It was collected from an Audi dealership down south under strict instructions not to do any prep work to the car at all, however given it was within their showroom for a while it had plenty of marks from nosey people peering into the engine bay to see that howling V10!
It was then driven to Glasgow, it's new home.
We kicked off with the undercarriage first, the customer wanted an undercarriage wash and protection so it was steam cleaned after a chemical decontamination then the rest of the car washed and ready for the correction.
Wheels were removed for deep cleaning along with coatings inside and out (including the calipers) and put back onto the R8.
Afterwards began the hours of paintwork correction on the bodywork in preparation for it's ceramic coatings.
All in there was around 48 hours work put into this ensuring it was not only ready for being driven all year round but also ready for a show stand.
